1. Eligibility & Age Requirement

v88bd's services are available only to those who meet all of the following conditions:

1. You must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age. v88bd reserves the right to verify your identity at the time of account registration and at any point thereafter.
2. You are using the platform voluntarily and on your own initiative, and online gaming is not legally prohibited in your area.

2. Account Registration & Security

Each user may open only one account. Multiple accounts registered under the same person will be treated as fraud, and all such accounts will be closed.

Welcome Bonus:

• 200% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳10,000. Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳2,000 bonus — total balance ৳3,000. Or deposit ৳12,000 and receive a ৳10,000 bonus — total ৳22,000.
• Before withdrawing a bonus, you must wager 15 times the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus).
• Example: for a ৳2,000 bonus, the wagering requirement = ৳2,000 × 15 = ৳30,000.
• The bonus applies only to new members on their first deposit.

General Bonus Rules:

• After claiming a bonus, the wagering requirement must be met within the specified time limit; otherwise the bonus will be cancelled.
• Bonus claims from multiple accounts sharing the same household or IP address are not permitted.
• v88bd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus at any time.
• If fraudulent bonus claiming is detected, the entire account will be closed.

5. Fair Play & Prohibited Activities

v88bd is firmly committed to maintaining a fair and transparent gaming environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Playing or placing bets using any software, bot, or automated method.
• Attempting unauthorized access to another member's account.
• Deliberately exploiting any game glitch or technical flaw.

• Colluding with other members during play.
• Any activity that damages the reputation of the platform.

If a prohibited activity is detected, v88bd reserves the right to permanently close the relevant account, forfeit all funds, and take legal action if necessary.

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.
• Diamond: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

VIP tier is determined based on a member's gaming activity, and there is an opportunity to progress through the tiers. The specific terms for calculating cashback are set by v88bd and are subject to change.

7. Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to both sports betting and casino gaming on v88bd:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless a technical error is proven.
• If an event or game is interrupted due to a technical reason, v88bd may decide to void or reinstate the relevant bet.
• For sports betting, published odds are subject to change; the odds at the moment a bet is confirmed will apply.
• In the event of a dispute regarding a betting market, v88bd's decision is final.

8. Account Closure & Suspension

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.

• Long-term inactive accounts (for which separate notice will be given).

A member may also request the closure of their own account at any time through the support team. In the event of account closure, any eligible balance will be returned, unless a breach of terms has been proven.
